Delivery Information

My Canadian Pharmacy guarantees timely delivery of all orders within Canada and all other countries. Keep in mind that we process orders within 1-2 business days. You can opt for either EMS or Regular Airmail delivery service:

1. Regular Airmail (registered delivery). You should receive your order within 14-21 days after it has been shipped. In some cases, the delivery period may be extended to 30 days. Your order will arrive in a discreet package. Tracking option is NOT available for this shipping option;
2. EMS (express courier delivery). You should receive your order within 5-9 days after it has been shipped. In some cases, the delivery period may be extended to 14 days. Tracking option is available. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Important: All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We will notify you when your order is accepted and sent out.

Large orders (over 120 tablets) will be shipped in 2 different parcels and may not arrive on the same day. The situation is the same for generic and branded products.

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, or you have not received your order within the specified period, or you are simply not satisfied with the quality of the product, we will reship your order free of charge or offer you a full refund.
